At L1FE, we believe that home should be more than just
To feel “at home”. A place, a feeling that allows us to move forward, to dream and to bring our projects to life. It is a safe and sound refuge. Often a peaceful bubble, it is above all here that we can drop the mask and be ourselves.
A house is simply moments of happiness: a Saturday morning with nothing more on you than socks and a smile, several sleepless nights, great sleepovers, the smell of coffee coming from the kitchen, an autumn Sunday spent on the couch or endless late night discussions. It is an open door to family and friends who drop by unexpectedly. In short, it is where the most beautiful memories remain and where the best days start…

L1FE reminds us that we have only one life, one world, one planet, that we should do the best possible out of it. L1FE reminds us that the place we live in, the choice we make, the things we do make our life unique and valuable.

Before becoming the professional company L1FE is now, it was first a great meeting from the one that change destiny, like Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak, Sergey Brin & Larry Page or Rox and Rouky, when Benjamin Roger and François De Laveaucoupet met it clicked directly. Because they shared same values, similar passions, beautiful experiences in Asia and a deep desire to create an impactful project.
Like many others they have experienced the housing nightmare in Paris. From CROUS, to shared apartment, maid’s room, they know how complicated it is to find your dream place.
Based from their experience in hospitality, real estate investments and nightclubs (yes), they decided to create shared apartment with services in which they would like to live in.
That’s how L1FE started. The objective? create houses for tenant, suitable for today’s need so they can have their safe base where they can launch their life’s project.

Coliving is a modern form of communal living in which residents get a private bedroom in a furnished home with shared common areas. Coliving is popular in major cities as a means of affordable living for students, workers, digital nomads, or individuals relocating.

L1FE operates human-size homes with a minimum set of common areas (living & dining rooms, kitchen) for each 12 bedrooms. It can be a house, a loft or any type of habitat that is comfortable enough for our colivers to stay at.
Currently L1FE is managing homes in the Paris area and is starting to expand to other major cities in France.
We work with both existing and ground-up assets and will provide technical and design advisory services to support your project from pre-development all the way through to commercialisation. voluptatibus commodi numquam, error, est. Ea, consequatur.
We ask our tenants to stay for a minimum of 6 months in order to foster community well-being. But we also want to favor flexibility so there is a one month notice as in any furnished rental.
All the major home related expenses are included in the rent! This means you won’t have to pay anything additional for home & civil responsibility insurance, property tax, furniture (with hotel bedding), fixtures & equipment, routine maintenance, energy, high-speed internet or subscription to Netflix & Spotify. We also include housekeeping in the common areas twice a week, a basket of essential goods once a month, a personalized guide to your own home & community and if you have any question you can call your own residence manager!
We offer some à la carte services such as the move-in pack (which includes all the necessary bedsheets, towels, etc.), subscription to fitness centers, co-working spaces or cultural activities at preferential rates, dry-cleaning, delivery of fresh organic food, etc. which you only pay if you request them.
